We’d like to welcome Jay Arnold to the Horizon Forest Cabinet/Finish team!
Jay comes to us from our Charleston, South Carolina Branch with extensive knowledge in the wood and finish industries. Jay grew up in Eastern North Carolina, the son of an Engineer/Contractor. After moving to Charlotte in 1988, he opened his own cabinet shop shortly after finishing school.
Several years later, he was recruited by Charlotte Hardwood/Wurth, where he worked for 11 years. He then opened a paint store in 2009, which he ran for 2 years before selling it to Alpine Sales Inc. in 2011. Finally, Jay started with Horizon Forest Products in July 2014 as the inside/outside sales rep for lumber and plywood in our Charleston Branch. We are grateful for Jay’s willingness to relocate with his family to the Raleigh area to be part of our Finish team and we know he will be a great asset to our customers.
Now in Raleigh, Jay will serve as our inside/outside sales rep to our cabinet and finish customers. We know Jay’s knowledge and experience will be a great resource for our customers and their business.
