Corporate Office - Raleigh - Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized accountant to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of accounting records.  You will have an understanding of effective internal controls and risk mitigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administers and maintains the corporate credit card including expense reports
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
  • Maintains and makes necessary adjustments to various records and/or logs
  • Manages vehicle registrations, title transfer, accidents, and IFTA for all company vehicles
  • Responsible for processing all freight invoices
  • Maintains the company cell phones payments for all branch locations
  • Provide support to the Accounting Department
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects

Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of professional experience with accrual accounting
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems a plus
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask at an extraordinarily high level
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Corporate Office - Raleigh - Web Developer

We are looking to add a developer to our Marketing Team, who will be to “go-to” person that manages our priporitery, custom built e-commerce API.   You would work with the team to balance user experience and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides and shaping how applications look as well as defining how it will function.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade our e-commerce API
  • Manage security and upkeep of our website
  • Compile and analyze data, process code to identify problems and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience

We are looking for a candidate who has an exceptional attention to detail and can thrive in a computer centered work environment.  This entry-level position will work closely with the Inventory Manager on processes as they relate to a multi-branch, wholesale distribution company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all new product setups in Bistrack
  • Assists to maintain appropriate stock levels for all locations
  • Assists with all aspects of companywide dead inventory reduction efforts
  • Coordinate and track sample and display boards
  • Reconcile customer consignment programs on a monthly basis
  • Maintain log of all records
  • Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
