We are searching for an individual who will be regularly color matching to ensure products exceed customer expectations. You will be standing for periods of time while multitasking in a warehouse environment & finishing room.

Compensation: Starting Range $15-20/hr

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Color matching, formulating, and small batch blending
  • Maintain detailed production and quality control records
  • Communicating the features, benefits, and advantages of our finished products to our end users & target customers
  • Conducting product demo stations and spray-outs of our lacquer products with end users
  • Working jointly and communicating closely with the outside and inside sales team & supplier team
  • Planning & conducting finishing seminars with the assistance of the factory rep
  • Responding to any inquiries regarding our products, spray equipment, or sundries
  • Good aptitude for matching colors
  • Overseeing and supervising general lacquer sales & service activities in the assigned area
  • Handle end user concerns or complaints with the appropriate sales person
  • Capable of repeatedly lifting 50 lbs throughout the day
  • Oversee the inventory levels with the assistance of the purchasing department
  • Work safely and maintain good housekeeping

We are searching for a technician who can repair or replace defective components found in machinery or equipment. You must know how to dismantle and reassemble the machines to make your diagnosis. You will also be responsible for repair estimate, bill preparation and inventory control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, operate and test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions
  • Timely repair of customer’s machinery or equipment
  • Solve customer concerns and complaints on a timely basis

  • Maintain an accurate record of all items/parts used
  • Purchase needed parts with the aid of the purchasing department
