Overview and Conditions of the Promotion
The Promotion involves the accumulation of entries (“Entries”) by an eligible Participant for a drawing to determine a winner of a Prize as determined, calculated and recorded by HORIZON. 

·      Every $1,000 in purchases is an entry for a chance to win a Prize

·      A Prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entry in a drawing at each HORIZON branch location on March 31, 2026

·      An entry into the Promotion will be awarded for each $1,000 of qualifying purchases accumulated from January 1, 2026, through and including March 31, 2026. 

·      An entry is awarded based on total net purchase amounts as reflected on the final invoice, excluding returns, fees and taxes

·      Participants can only accumulate entries on purchases during the Promotion period from January 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2026

·      Entries and eligibility to win and claim the Prize are only available to Participants who are in good standing, and not in default or violation of any terms or agreement with HORIZON

·      The odds of winning will be determined by the number of qualifying Entries of HORIZON business customers during the Promotion period at each participating HORIZON promotion site or branch, seventeen (17) in total, where one winner will be randomly selected at each site or branch

Prize

·      The Prize is a voucher totaling $2,000 USD (retail value) for a cruise line of the Horizon customer business owner’s choice, subject to availability, plus a $500 USD gift card (retail value) for use during the cruise to be awarded to one (1) owner of the Horizon business customer who wins the Prize at a drawing for the respective participating Horizon branch location

·      Limit of one (1) prize total per HORIZON business customer, including its business owner(s), and the same business customer or owner cannot be deemed a winner at multiple HORIZON Promotion sites or branches

·      Inclusion of prizes is not a HORIZON endorsement of any brand or product, as Horizon does not endorse any cruise line, cruise or product the customer business owner may select

Indemnification, Release and Consent

By participating in the Promotion, Participant agrees to release, indemnify and hold HORIZON, and its affiliated entities, and their owners, partners, members, shareholders, managers, directors, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns (altogether the “Released Parties”), harmless from any claim, demand, liability, expense or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, arising out of, or relating in any way whatsoever to Participant’s participation in the Promotion, Participant’s redemption and use of a Prize, and  any violation by the Participant of these Terms and Conditions, or any other rules and requirements of HORIZON or applicable law. 

Participant further agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless HORIZON and the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage or expense of any kind incurred with respect to Participant’s participation in this Promotion, the selection of a winner, or awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Prize. 

All submissions of information and Entries into the Promotion, become property of HORIZON, which assumes no responsibility for late, misdirected or lost Entries. No Entries will be returned.  Entries must include all of the required information and meet all conditions of Horizon, or they may not be eligible. Participants agree that all parts of their Entries may be published by or on behalf of HORIZON. By accepting any prize, the Participant also consents to the use of its/his/her name and/or photo or likeness or biographical information for advertising/publicity purposes in commerce and in any and all media worldwide without limitation or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Tax Consequences

Participant is responsible for paying all sales, use, income and other taxes and impositions due to or arising in connection with the Promotion and for reporting to and filing with all applicable governmental entities all required returns and reports.  Participants are responsible for the tax consequences, if any, of their participation in the Promotion and receiving a Prize. HORIZON does not make any representations or warranties regarding any tax implications arising from the receipt of Entries or participation in the Promotion. If the receipt of Entries or participation in the Promotion results in any income tax or other tax liability to a Participant, all such tax liability will be borne by the Participant. HORIZON disclaims all responsibility for any such taxes or liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Participant waives, relinquishes, and covenants not to assert any and all claims for punitive, treble, consequential or exemplary damages against HORIZON pertaining in any way or arising out of the Promotion. 

TO THE EXTENT ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE IS FILED IN ANY COURT OF LAW IN ANY JURISDICTION, AND ONLY IF ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY RELINQUISHES AND WAIVES ITS RIGHT TO REQUEST A TRIAL BY JURY FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGE OR CAUSE OF ACTION PERTAINING TO OR ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION.
