Raleigh, North Carolina, September 19, 2017 – Horizon Forest Products, a leading distributor of hardwood products and supplies, announced today that Chad Porter will be taking an Inside Sales position at the Raleigh branch.
Prior to accepting this new position, Porter worked as a driver for Horizon Forest Products for five months. He was recognized as great candidate for this new position because he went beyond the requirements of his job by handing out samples and information about the new Garnica plywood line during his deliveries. His hard work and initiative directly contributed to successful sales results.

Porter brings multiple years of experience in the lumber industry to his new role. He previously held positions at Hood Distribution and Trimline before joining Horizon Forest Products. His unwavering work ethic and devotion to customer service have made him a valuable asset to the company.
