PN-101- SURFACE NAILER
The Powernailer® Model 101 SN surface nailer is used instead of hand nailing when starting boards are next to a wall. The model 101 SN can be used with 1/2", 3/4" and 33-32" flooring using 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" nails.

PN-101R - SURFACE NAILER
A ratcheting version of the manual nailer 101 that brings power and reliability to a nailer designed for surface nailing. Because of its ratcheting mechanism, the Model 101R is a multi-blow nailer which is easier to use than the standard Model 101 and requires less effort to drive the nail. The durable design enables the 101R to stand up to the rigors of every day use.

PN-50P - FLOOR NAILER
Designed to bring Powernail® quality to a Pneumatic Nailer suitable for use on thinner 3/8” to 5/8” Solid Tongue and Groove Hardwood, as well as for the denser Hardwoods available in today’s market place. The 50P is good for 3/4” exotic hardwoods including Brazilian Cherry and Bamboo. The use of 18 gauge Powercleats® provides a strong and durable Powercleat® necessary to penetrate these densities and provide a reliable bond to the underlayment. The Model 50P is designed to use cleat lengths of 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, and 1-3/4”.

PN-50M - MANUAL NAILER
Manual nailer for installing thinner 3/8” to 5/8” Solid Tongue and Groove Hardwood, as well as for the denser hardwoods, such as Brazilian Cherry and Bamboo. PN-45 - FOR HARDWOOD FLOORING
The Powernailer® Model 45 tongue and groove flooring nailer has been the standard of the commercial flooring industry for over fifty years. The model 45 offers a durable design with a proven record of being able to stand up to the rigors of daily use. The model 45 is designed to nail flooring without splitting the tongue or damaging the floor surface. One mallet blow drives Powercleat® nails into tongue and groove flooring at a perfect 45° angle, while countersinking the nail to the proper depth. The model 45 uses 1-1/2", 1-3/4", and 2" Powercleat® nails and can be used to nail 1/2", 3/4", and 33/32" tongue and groove hardwood flooring through the use of easy-to-change adapter plates.

PN-45R

PN-50C-SN
Manual wood floor nailer, mallet activated, designed for use on 1/2” and 3/8” tongue and groove flooring. With an extended handle, the 50C uses 18 gauge (.050”) cleats. Cleats for the Model 50C come in 1”, 1-1/4”, and 1-1/2” lengths.

Powerjack®  Model 100-Powernail®

Truly a Tinker's TOOL the Powernail Powerjack® allows crooked strip to be put into place (tongue and groove) and then firmly nailed. Utilizing a unique rack assembly the Powerjack is placed against a Stationary Object, such as a wall, the lip end is then placed over the crooked strip groove side. By working the lever the crooked plank is drawn into the existing flooring. A Powernail Nailer then nails the board into place. To release the Powerjack® simply push the handle fully forward.

PN-250 - FLOOR NAILER
The manual version of pneumatic Model 200 designed for 20 gauge(.035”) “E-Cleats”. This manual nailing machine provides the solution to the delicately thin tongues which are prevalent in the thinner Engineered Wood Flooring available. The thinner (thickness of a paper match) gauge “E” Cleat, along with the precision point formation, allows for maximum penetration, reducing the risk of tongue damage. Cleats for the Model 200 come in lengths of 1”, 1-1/4”, and 1-1/2” E-Cleats.

PN-445SN - SURFACE NAILER
Powernail's exclusive PowerGroove edge locator on the model 445SN makes beginning and ending a floor a lot easier. When beginning a floor, after the first board has been surfaced nailed, then second board can be tongue nailed at a 45-degree angle using the exclusive PowerGroove edge locator. In addition, at the finishing side of the floor, the model 445SN allows you to get closer to the wall when tongue nailing boards and then finish surface nailing.

PN-445FS - POWER STAPLE

PN-445LLW
The Powernailer® Model 445 mallet activated pneumatic nailer brings Powernail® quality to a pneumatic nailer. For those looking for the ease-of-use of a pneumatic tool, the model 445 Powernailer® - designed for use with 1-1/2", 1-3/4" and 2" Powercleat® nails- provide several distinct advantages. Like our model 45, the model 445 T&G can nail 1/2", 3/4", and 33/32" tongue and groove hardwood flooring through the use of easy-to-change adapter plates. The model 445 T&G holds up to 200 Powercleats® with the long nail channel. The model 445 come with three different handle lengths to choose from, short, long and extra long. It is up to the installer to determine which one suits them best. Just snug the boards together with the mallet, tap the plunger on top of the Nailer with the mallet and let the Powernailer Model 445 drive the nail at the correct 45-degree angle and set the nail. The Model 445 has a safety trigger & interlocking safety mechanism to prevent discharging when not in nailing position or upon dropping the nailer on the plunger. Model 445 comes with a 3MI black rubber cap mallet, one extra driving blade, lubricating fluid, hex wrenches, and a manual.

PN-200EW/FW - FOR ENGINEERED FLOORING
The Powernailer® Model 200 mallet activated tongue and groove flooring nailer has been designed to handle the specific needs of installing tongue and groove engineered flooring. This nailer can handle 5/16" to 9/16" tongue and groove engineered flooring using easy-to-change adapter plates and shims. This model uses Powernail's new E-Powercleats®, available in 1", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2" sizes. E-Powercleats® have been designed to hold engineered flooring securely while reducing the risk of damaging the flooring's delicate tongue.

PN-200 - FLOOR NAILER
