Lenmar’s MegaVar^TM 1S.75X series, Catalyzed White Conversion Topcoat, is designed for the professional woodworker who demands maximum performance in a solid pigmented finish.  Once catalyzed, this fast drying VOC & HAPS compliant varnish offers superior protection against moisture and household chemicals.  The high solids formula builds to a beautiful and exceptionally durable film when fully cured. This conversion varnish requires the addition of 4 ounces 1A.622B Catalyst (3%) per gallon.  Only catalyze enough varnish that will be applied in an 8-12 hour period.  The high solids content makes it possible to achieve a desired end result with just a few coats.  Lenmar’s MegaVar Pigmented system will pass KCMA requirements in two coats (one coat of 1S.750 catalyzed undercoater and one coat of 1S.75X series pigmented topcoat).
