Lenmar’s 1S.750, MegaVar^TM Catalyzed White Undercoater, is designed for the professional woodworker who demands maximum performance in a solid pigmented finish.  Once catalyzed, this fast drying, VOC & HAPS compliant undercoater offers superior protection against moisture and household chemicals.  The high solids formula builds to a beautiful and exceptionally durable film once cured.  This conversion undercoater requires the addition of 6 ounces 1A.622B, Catalyst (4.5%) per gallon).  Addition of 1A.406 solvent reducer may be required for some spray equipment and to extend pot-life.  Add the catalyst and solvent slowly, while stirring.  Only catalyze enough product that can be applied in a 6-8 hour period.  The high solid content makes it possible to achieve a desired end result with just a few coats.   Lenmar’s MegaVar Pigmented system will pass KCMA requirements in two coats (one coat of 1S.750 catalyzed undercoater and one coat of 1S.75X series pigmented topcoat).

 

ENTIRE SYSTEM SHOULD NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 5 MILS DRY.  LENMAR PRODUCTS ARE DESIGNED FOR INTERIOR USE, BY SPRAY APPLICATION ONLY.
